Our History, Mission & Vision
A Little History
North Perth Community Hospice was incorporated in 1993, governed by a Board of Directors and partially funded through a service agreement with South West LHIN and the Government of Ontario. Approximately fifty percent of the operating funds are raised through community donations and fundraising events and campaigns.

We compassionately support, educate, and empower individuals, families, and our community to embrace the challenges of life-limiting illnesses, death,
and bereavement.
Our Vision Statement
To enrich the quality of all stages of life through collaboration, education, and support of hospice palliative care.
